Posts: 2200 01/29/06 11:29 PM	Tags : None websites such as snugglepie.com and tickercentral.com have things called "tickers". You can customize it to countdown to a day of your choice. Most do a pregnancy countdown. Or a weightloss counter. Maybe a countdown to a child's birthday or your wedding anniversary. Tons of choices! Okay.....I want to get the script so I can make my own tickers. Like the guts of the code! I want to make my own graphics, put my own link on them, and distribute them (for free of course) to members of my parenting site. I have been searching like MAD for days now and I cant find ANYTHING!!!!! Not even something I can BUY! There HAS to be something out there!!!! I tried emailing the websites which have tickers to see if they could tell me where they got their code, but of course not. They are greedy and dont want to share! NOt like they make money off them, they are free. I just wanna do it for fun on my site! a nice perk! But im totally hitting a dead end! Do you guys know where I can find the script. or possibly how to create my own just by looking at one of theirs?! I can edit stuff like that, but I dont know enough to do it on my own from scratch. Any help is GREATLY appreciated!!!!!! ~Angi

Posts: 2200 01/30/06 7:15 PM	I did give you an example! Go to tickercentral.com or snugglepie.com click on TICKERS. You'll see a gazzillion of them!!! I saw countdown scripts that look like clocks. But not graphical like the tickers im talking about. I also have a ticker in my siggy, but its not showing up in this forum. Just in the general chat forum. okay......here I got the code to post it here...... thats a ticker! and this is a counter box..... Does this make sense now?!
