4. Software, Driver version or Hardware involved -- If you have an Internet Explorer or Netscape issue, what version are you running? (open the browser, click Help then click About...) If you are using Microsoft Word, which version? Does your computer blue screen when you are playing games? -- it may a good idea to list your computer hardware.
5. Error Messages -- As bad as these look, they offer an experienced technician with the information necessary to solve your issue. Please write error messages down and type them in your message or include a screen shot.
6. If you feel you have any more relevant information, please share it. Recently installed programs, recently added hardware, Billowing Smoke from tower when you click a link...things like that.
